Once an order for a customized item has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

2. Large Item (LTL) Shipments

For items shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) / Freight:

Customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs.
Because freight shipping involves significant logistics, please contact our support team prior to attempting a return to receive specific instructions and a shipping quote.

3. Ground Shipping & Standard Returns

For all other items shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.):

Refund Amount: We offer refunds for the product value only.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
