1. Customized & Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of our custom products, all customized items are final sale.
- Once an order for a customized item has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
- We encourage you to double-check all specifications, measurements, and personalization details before finalizing your order.
2. Large Item (LTL) Shipments
For items shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) / Freight:
- Customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Because freight shipping involves significant logistics, please contact our support team prior to attempting a return to receive specific instructions and a shipping quote.
3. Ground Shipping & Standard Returns
For all other items shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.):
- Refund Amount: We offer refunds for the product value only.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. General Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, standard items must be:
- In their original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return for a non-customized item, please contact us at info@fangsfurniture.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will contact back to you within 24 hours.
